Nokia is launching a series of Android smartphones earlier from this year. Now it has launched a new smart phone in India, Nokia XL. It will not completely run on Android operating system. But, It runs on Nokia X OS –a forked version of Android operating system.

The phone comes with a dual SIM having a 5 inch display screen. It has 800x480 pixels of resolution and 1 GHz dual core snapdragon s4 processor.

The Nokia XL mobile comes with 768 MB ram and internal memory of 4GB, it allows the external memory cards through micro SD slot. The external memory is supported up to 32 GB for storing additional data on mobile.

The phone has both front and rear camera, while from camera is 2 mega pixel for hangouts and video chatting, the rear camera comes with a flash led which is 5 mega pixel for taking pictures.

The phone runs on Android operating system but it won’t support Google play and some other features offered by Google. Anyhow, you can get them on your mobile with a small tweak on your mobile.

Similar to previous mobiles, Nokia, in this mobile also added features like Fastlane and some other new features. The mobile has single navigational button to operate the phone, similar to other latest Smart phone mobiles on the market.

The price of Nokia XL is fixed at Rs.11,489 and phone can be purchased on official Nokia store. At present the mobile is available in two colour variants only –black and white. You can order the mobile directly in the website and the orders are delivered within 4 days.
